Important and often forgotten part on your whisper-quiet compressor, check your filter every 3 months, especially if it's running in a "dusty" workspace.
A clogged filter causes overheating, a slow build-up of air pressure and a vacuum effect in the engine that sucks the oil out and forms a mess in your pressure tank.
